Elementary (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

We believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:

  • I need to make the wise choice.
  • I can trust God, no matter what.
  • I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Worship is focused on large groups, while Bible classes focus on small groups. We want kids to see how God's Word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to him, and to build friendships that will last.

Our guest services team is available to assist guests or others that need assistance with Check-in, provide directions, or answer any other questions at the Visitor Center in our lobby at the west end of the building.

Child Check-in

All elementary children should be checked in before worship or class when the family first arrives at the Greenville Oaks campus.

Worship

Elementary children begin worship time together with their family in the Worship Center for either 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. worship. Partway through worship, before the message begins, children are taken by Children's Ministry leaders from the Worship Center to continue their worship experience with a bible story on their own level. After worship is complete, parents should pick their children up in Room 180E (in the Fellowship Center).

Bible Class

Bible classes are offered for children of all ages at 10:00 a.m. Parents should drop their child off at their classroom before class begins and pick them up from the same classroom after class is complete.
