MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

LTC exists to provide a venue for children in grades 3-12 to learn and develop leadership skills within the church setting.  The LTC Ministry requires involvement on many levels by a large number of individuals to facilitate the educational experience.

MINISTRY ROLES

  • Coach and Assistant Coach for each event
  • Hospitality coordinator
  • Judge coordinator
  • Parent involvement with transportation
  • Church commitment through financial support
