MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

This ministry exists to help people understand the vision and strategy of the Greenville Oaks Church for accomplishing the purposes to which God has called us both as a body and individually. Our goal is to help those considering becoming members of this church family to better understand who we are and where we are going and so make an informed decision regarding a commitment to membership. The “Discovering Greenville Oaks” class is conducted once each month.

MINISTRY ROLES

  • Help contact individuals who may wish to attend “DGO”
  • Help set up the room and equipment for the class
  • Provide childcare for children of those attending the class
  • Organize a meal and refreshments for those attending the class
  • Serve as host or hostess during and/or after the class to welcome participants and answer questions they may have regarding the church
