MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

This ministry assures that the bread and the cup will be ready Sunday morning and that they will be attentively distributed to the entire congregation. The men serving in this ministry act in a monthly rotating schedule. Each selected man is responsible for appointed Sundays. He will report to the Communion Worship Team leader who will assign the physical area of the auditorium to serve. Due to the convenience associated with having the servers already present, these same individuals are also pass the collection trays.

MINISTRY ROLES

  • Prepare plates and trays prior to Sunday Morning Worship
  • Clean Communion plates and trays after Sunday Morning Worship
  • Serve communion by distributing plates/trays to the congregation during worship
