2010 Canada Mission - Kevin Vance Follow Up
Well, the dust has settled on Mission 6:10, and from our point of view it was a strong success. Here are a few highlights, and I would ask you to ...
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Rom. 15:13
Loss and emotional pain will inevitably affect all of us at some point in time. Relationships promising joy and fulfillment can sometimes be a source of disappointment and grief. You or someone you know may be experiencing pain as a result of one of the following scenarios:
| Troubled Relationships | Lack of Relationship | Loss of Relationship |
| Spouse, Child, Parent, Sibling, Boss, Friend, In-Law | Single but not dating, Infertility, No close friends, Spiritually single | Death, Miscarriage, Divorcing/Divorced, Separated, Broken engagement, Broken dating relationship, Job loss |
Hope at Greenville Oaks provides the opportunity and the support needed to process feelings associated with painful circumstances. By combining mental health concepts with Biblical truths, spiritual and personal growth is promoted in a safe and confidential environment.
The desire and aim of Hope is to model the healing ministry of Jesus Christ and to point those who are hurting to the One who can heal.
Hope is structured so that new group members can join at any time and remain in the group for the duration of the healing process.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Elise Thompson leads Hope. See the Greenville Oaks calendar to find the next Hope meeting.
