2010 Canada Mission - Kevin Vance Follow Up
Well, the dust has settled on Mission 6:10, and from our point of view it was a strong success. Here are a few highlights, and I would ask you to ...

True worship is an everyday lifestyle of enjoying a relationship with God, loving Him, and giving ourselves in service to Him. When we live for God, everything we do, 24/7, is an act of worship. When we love God and “worship Him continually” (Psalm 105:4 TEV), our Sunday worship services become the true highlight of our week as we gather together to collectively celebrate the joy and hope that God provides every day.
Our Sunday worship services are deeply meaningful times when we come before the throne of God to offer Him our hearts, souls, and minds. We worship Him for who He is and what He has done! We offer Him our praise in song and prayer, we learn from solid biblical teaching, and we share in communion, where everyone is welcome at the table of the Lord.
Both assemblies are identical in style. They are simple, authentic times in which we share life together in fellowship as we build up the body of Christ. Through worship, we are continually molded into the image of Christ by the words we say, the songs we sing, and the prayers we pray. We are reminded of God’s love for us and compelled to seek all who need Jesus and together become his fully devoted followers.
Children’s worship is offered during the second half of each worship time for two-year-olds through second grade. Children experience an exciting program that leads them to praise God actively through songs, prayers, and a short, age-appropriate message that is meaningful to them.
